About William Addis
My name is William Addis and I am a solicitor specialising in employment law. I am also a Director and Owner of OSJ Law, which is the trading name of OSJ Law Limited.
In terms of my legal experience, I qualified as a solicitor in 2001 and have specialised in employment law throughout my career, mainly acting for employers on both contentious and non-contentious HR and employment law matters.
I have specialist knowledge of construction, SME and owner managed businesses including medical partnerships and also act for senior executives in exit strategy negotiations including Settlement Agreements and tribunal claims.
I have been a partner in two regional legal partnerships and also managed a team of employment lawyers for over five years. My clients and former clients have ranged from small local businesses with 5-15 employees to household names employing 500 or more employees operating globally.
Because I am based in the Weald of Kent with offices in central London, I am able to service both local and London clients whether small or large, business or individual.
OSJ Law is a business which I set up to provide employment law advice to businesses and individuals in a commercial but personal way at competitive rates.
OSJ Law was named after my three children, Olly, Sophie and Jake, whose initials form the letters OSJ and who provide the inspiration for my business plans and ethos, together with Rebecca my wife, who provides invaluable assistance with the financial side of business life.
I operate as OSJ Law under the umbrella of Keystone Law, which is a full service law firm with over 130 lawyers.
Keystone’s experienced solicitors work from their own satellite offices and clients’ offices whilst a central London office handles the firm’s administration, IT and compliance. Significant savings in overhead are passed directly onto clients who benefit from an attentive service that is unhindered by billing targets and inefficiencies.
